Before we begin, we'll talk about your goals and what you're hoping to gain. This helps me tailor the session to your needs. Then, we'll move and breathe—tuning into your body and how it feels. Instead of technical talk, you'll experience Pilates fundamentals through guided, mindful work. As we move, I'll introduce breath, alignment, and core engagement, helping you build awareness naturally and at your own pace. This is your chance to explore without pressure, listen to your body, and build strength and confidence through work that's both thoughtful and playful.

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside the 24-hour window won't be charged. Late cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

Wear soft, stretchy clothes that let you bend, twist, and move freely. Skip zippers or snaps. No shoes required—Pilates is practiced barefoot or in grip socks. Most importantly, wear what helps you feel present and ready to move.
